Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation

Recognizing the mutual desire for peaceful relations and cooperation between the micronations of Zania and Salanda, this Treaty is established to promote friendship, collaboration, and mutual support. Both micronations agree to the following terms:

• The micronations of Zania and Salanda hereby recognize each other as sovereign and independent states within the community of micronations.
• Both parties shall respect the territorial claims and governing structures of the other.

• Both Zania and Salanda commit to maintaining peaceful and friendly relations.
• Neither party shall engage in acts of aggression, hostility, or conflict against the other.

• The micronations shall collaborate on shared goals, projects, and events that benefit both parties.
• Exchange of ideas, culture, and knowledge will be encouraged to strengthen the bond between the two micronations.

• Regular communication will be maintained through diplomatic channels, such as Discord or other mutually agreed-upon platforms.
• Both micronations will address any disputes or concerns through peaceful negotiation and discussion.

• This Treaty may be amended with the consent of both micronations.
• Any proposed amendments must be discussed and agreed upon in writing by both parties.

• This Treaty shall remain in effect indefinitely unless either party wishes to terminate it.
• Either micronation may terminate the Treaty by providing written notice at least 1 day in advance.
